1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the DSK Motorcycle Training website and services. By booking training, purchasing goods, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

DSK Motorcycle Training is a DVSA Approved Training Body operating in the United Kingdom.

2. Training Services

All motorcycle training provided by DSK Motorcycle Training is subject to availability and instructor assessment.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or discontinue training where a rider is deemed not ready or safe to proceed

  • Adjust training content to suit individual ability and safety requirements

  • Require additional training before progressing to test

Full training terms, including rider responsibilities, liability, and damage obligations, are provided separately and must be signed prior to training.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All training must be paid for in full prior to commencement

  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received

  • We reserve the right to amend or cancel bookings where necessary (including due to weather, safety, or operational reasons)

Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be provided at the time of booking.

4. Use of Motorcycles and Equipment

All motorcycles used for training are insured for third-party risks only.

By undertaking training, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for following all instructor guidance

  • You may be liable for damage caused to motorcycles, subject to an excess (as detailed in signed training terms)

  • Any personal equipment used is your responsibility in terms of safety, condition, and suitability

5. Product Sales (Accessories & Equipment)

DSK Motorcycle Training acts as an authorised reseller of motorcycle clothing and accessories.

  • All products are supplied in good faith from reputable manufacturers

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring suitability, correct fit, and appropriate use

  • Advice provided is based on experience and does not constitute a guarantee of suitability

All statutory consumer rights under UK law remain unaffected.

6. Used Motorcycle Sales

Where DSK Motorcycle Training sells used motorcycles:

  • Vehicles are described as accurately as possible at the time of sale

  • Buyers are responsible for inspecting and satisfying themselves as to condition and suitability

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, motorcycles are sold as seen

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DSK Motorcycle Training shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

  • Damage arising from misuse of equipment or failure to follow instruction

  • Losses arising from participation in motorcycle training

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

8.1 Data Collection

We collect personal information necessary to:

  • Manage bookings and training

  • Communicate with you

  • Meet legal and regulatory requirements

8.2 Third-Party Systems

We use third-party booking and management systems, including RideTo / Connect MCT.

By providing your information, you consent to your data being processed by these systems solely for the purposes of managing your training and related services.

We ensure that all third-party providers handle data securely and in compliance with applicable laws.

8.3 Use of Data

Your data will not be sold or shared for unrelated marketing purposes.

We may retain your data where required for:

  • Legal obligations

  • Insurance requirements

  • Regulatory compliance

8.4 Your Rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”), where legally permissible
